What is in the MoveSize preset?
This is a worked example from the current 4-bed house inventory, not a fixed rule based on bedroom count. With furniture dismantling enabled where practical, the preset contains 158 individual item/box units across 6 household categories.

Quantities are the actual preset values used by the calculator. Boxes, suitcases and repeated furniture are counted as separate units.

The four-bedroom preset is dominated by multiple bedroom sets, three sofas, garage/garden items and more than 80 moving boxes. The same inventory ranges from a 250 sq ft tight-pack unit to 350 sq ft when regular access is prioritised.

What changes the result?
- The preset models three sofas, two TVs, four bookcases and multiple tables across the living areas.
- Bedroom contents include four bed/mattress sets, four wardrobes, five chests of drawers and seven bedside tables.
- Garage and garden contents include four bicycles, a mower, BBQ, garden table, six chairs, tool chest and garage shelving.
- It includes 81 moving/wardrobe boxes plus five suitcases, so stored cartons alone occupy substantial usable floor area.
- A four-bedroom property can vary far more than the room count suggests; edit extra living rooms, garage, loft, office and garden possessions before booking.

Why not choose from the property size alone?
At four bedrooms, the variation between homes becomes larger: extra reception rooms, multiple wardrobes, bikes, garden furniture, garage shelving and stored cartons can dominate the footprint. The property label is therefore only a starting point for an item-level model.
