What is in the MoveSize preset?
This is a worked example from the current 3-bed house inventory, not a fixed rule based on bedroom count. With furniture dismantling enabled where practical, the preset contains 117 individual item/box units across 6 household categories.

Quantities are the actual preset values used by the calculator. Boxes, suitcases and repeated furniture are counted as separate units.

The three-bedroom preset contains more wardrobes, garden equipment and boxed contents. Its practical footprint rounds to 200 sq ft; allowing regular access and circulation pushes the model to 300 sq ft.

What changes the result?
- The current preset contains two sofas, three bookcases, three beds and three wardrobes, so bulky furniture is a major part of the model.
- Garage and garden contents include two adult bicycles, a mower, BBQ, garden table, four chairs and a tool chest.
- Four large appliances are included: fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
- There are 61 moving/wardrobe boxes plus four suitcases in the preset, making packed cartons a large share of the total units.
- Loft, shed, gym or home-office contents should be added explicitly because they can move this scenario into the next storage size quickly.

Why not choose from the property size alone?
Three-bedroom homes often hide a large share of their contents in the garage, shed, loft and home office. Those possessions can matter more than the third bedroom itself, so the storage estimate is based on the explicit preset inventory rather than a bedroom multiplier.
